New article

The article “Famine, Home, and Transatlantic Politics in Two Late Nineteenth-Century Irish-American Novels,” which I co-wrote with Lindsay Janssen, has just appeared in the journal Atlantic Studies. It looks at the representation of the Famine and transnational political ideology in James Doran’s Zanthon (1890) and John Brennan’s Erin Mor (1892).
